What is better for making an independent movie- Canon 5D Mark II or Sony HDR- FX7?

I want to shoot a feature length film. I saw tests of the Canon and they look great, but does anyone know how much memory it takes up and how the sound performs? I heard that the Nikons can only shoot 10min of video...
