do people get paid for that. how much.. do women pick what dress they wear to go dance in. what is it like.. to be a ballroom dancer.
is it fun.. is there any dancing places around or not too far from pensacola, florida.. and does it require college.. or any training..

Ballroom dancing can be a profession just as any other style of dance. Im no sure if ballroom dancers have companies, but i know that you can enter competions. To go pro, you need lots of training in which field of ballroom you want to enter. Latin Ballroom (Rumba, Cha Cha, etc) or American Ballroom (Jive, quickstep, etc) It requires a lot of work, but im sure its fun. If you want to get started, check out your yellow pages or google ballroom dance studios in your area. Hope I helped, and I wish you luck!

yeah lots of people make it their profession. its not much money though. if you're independent you can pick what you wear but if you're w/ a company or studio or something then you usually have it chosen for you. it's very fun but i don't live in florida so idk if there are dance places there. and you can go to college to get your dance degree but its not required, it will just help w/ finding a job
