How has our scientific or medical knowledge of this issue changed the way the issue has been viewed by stakeholders OR how has this issue been created by science or medicine? How can this issue be managed and how will this management action affect the sport. I need an idea for this topic for a short paragraph to summarize it.
 
A perfect issue for this purpose could be the use of performance enhancing drugs in professional (even amateur) sports.
