what is an HTML exactly? and the difference between WEB, and INTERNET.?

i was looking at new phones, and i saw the one i wanted has, a full HTML, but i want INTERNET, and the phone i have now says it has WEB ACCESS, but it's just a place where i can get more ringtones and screen savors. so is a full HTML INTERNET, or WEB?, please have an EASY TO READ answer, i cant read it with a lot of big words! lol!
 
Web is actually just a service provided by the internet. I won't go into great detail or anything, but they may just be using the word "web" synonymously with "internet", but I think they might just allow you to get ringtones, go on twitter and some basic popular pages.
Secondly HTML (HyperText Markup Language) is something programmers use. Once again, without going into detail, that means no pictures or videos or anything like that. Just text, borders and frames. Personally I don't think you would need more than that on your phone but it's up to you.

PS: Keep in mind that the "web" probably has MSN, Facebook and stuff like that, so I wouldn't worry too much.
 
To my understanding, HTML (FULL or otherwise) has nothing to do with internet or WEB. It is just a language by which the web browser will get fed data/information from. WEB is a network of computers. Internet enables us to access the WEB.
