What is an educated or an advanced way of saying this phrase?

Does anyone know a way I could state the phrase :
The person I admire most is ...
In a educated/advanced, higher grade level form?
To me 'The person I admire most is ...' kind of sounds more back to about 3rd grade.
Im older now and I would like to know a more mature way I could say this phrase.
