just wondering if it is normal for a soldier who has served for 7 years in the army (active duty) to only be an E-4 / Corporal? I'm not very familiar with military ranking procedures...
I thought there was something wrong for them to hold such a low rank after being in for such a long time...
why would someone with that much time in hold such a low rank? would 1 DUI explain why?
