I am moving into a new house and the living room is painted dark blue.
We want to paint it white.
Where we live now there was a room that was green and no matter how many times we painted it over you could still see the green under. Barely but it's there.
I just want to know a good paint that will cover it up and not have any sign of it previously being there. And I don't mind doing a few coats. But I don't want it to be hundreds of cotes of it I am on a budget'
Any brand or like specifications? Like semi gloss or whatever?
