I just noticed an odd $45 "withdrawal charge" on my US Bank savings account. No overdraft, no ATM withdrawals, no counter withdrawals, and no activity at all that day in that account. For the entire month there were only 6 withdrawals, online transfers from to other US Bank accounts of mine. So I downloaded the recent PDF of fees for savings accounts in my areas to try to figure out what it is, at http://www.usbank.com/fastapp_pdf/41607_CPI_E.pdf , and nowhere is a "Withdrawal Charge" mentioned. Has anyone heard of this? I know banks can get sneaky with fees and charges (that don't back up real services) but this one I can't even find in the fine print.
What is a US Bank "Withdrawal Charge" and why isn't it mentioned in the fine print?
