I've made a claim on my mobile phones insurance which is with lifestyle group. I've had the n97 mini for nearly 9 months now and have experienced a few problems. Is it possible for me too request a different phone from the insurers even if they have the same phone in stock as a replacement. If so what could I ask for as a replacement? I was looking at maybe the HTC desire?
