If the product you are wanting to dispose is water based, then u can freely dispose it in your laundry sink or toilet ( just make sure to run some water after you are finished) if your paint is oil / solvent based regardless of the amount you wanna dispose i'd recommend that you contact your local council to find out nearby landfill / dump-sites that accepts solvent based waste products.. another way would be just making a quick stop at your local paint store, car body/paint shop as many of them are okay with disposing it for you (depending on the quantity some might ask for a small fee)
