...taste like sugar? You know the kind I'm talking about. The elusive sugar cookie that literally tastes like big crumbles of sugar. This is not the kind of cookie you would frost or decorate for christmas. I've tried several recipes for sugar cookies, and they are all too doughy or flour-y - not the recipe I'm looking for!
 
Best cookie recipe I've found is on the back of the Betty Crocker's "Funfetti" cake mix box. Very simple recipe, only have to add oil, & an egg. No frosting needed, but sometimes I do frost them with the "Funfetti" Betty Crocker frosting. I roll them into balls, & smash down a little with a fork. Really good!
