I really do not need much or anything but my school requires proof.
I looked around the net and found one company that offered insurance for $47 per/month? is it a good deal?

what's better between PPO and HSA?

~~There is no average for health insurance, it varies by state, age, health history, and the type of coverage you choose. $47 is very low premium but I have no clue what type of coverage you have.

A PPO is a health insurance option. An HSA is not an insurance, but a savings account which allows you pay for all your medical needs from it, earns interest, and is a tax write-off. If the school requires proof of insurance an HSA account won't work.
