What is a reasonable price for these repairs on a 92 Toyota 4Runner?

We live in the Houston Texas are if that matters and the 4Runner is a 6cyl 4wheel drive.

I took my sons car to get inspected and it failed. The inspection place said I needed to get the following:
Catalytic converter
EGR Valve
Tail Pipe

Also would this be something I would get done at a muffler type shop?
