What is a realy good bmx street/park bike?

There are a lot of good bmx bikes out there but the best for my recommendation are SubRosa, fit and mirraco. 2 hip is also pretty good. (that's just to get you up to date)
Now, my best recommendation is fit prk signature.
It's a little expencive ($600) but it's worth it i've been told.
If you want a little bit cheaper, i would recomment the Subrosa salvador street bike 2010.
