What is a random act of kindness relating to teenagers?

Kindness is about small things. Like looking behind you as you go through a door to see if there is someone for whom to hold it open. Like picking up something that someone has dropped if they are carrying stuff. Kindness comes from being alert to others' little needs. It is that alertness, rather than the deeds themselves, that builds character.
The Boy Scout motto is, or was when I was one decades ago. (age!) "Do a good turn to somebody every day." That doesn't mean "save their life." It means the little things that I mentioned before.
