What is a quick and easy food i can COOK that includes wine as an ingrediant?

I'm really hungry and i need to finish off the wine so i figured make something that i need wine to make. Other than that GO PEACE!!!!!!!

Casserole: fish or chicken if you have white wine, beef or lamb if it's red.

A wine crusted chicken is perfect:recipe
1 bottle of your favorite wine
1 cup of italian bread crumbs
4boneless skinless chicken breats
DIRECTIONS:Marinade chicken for an hour roll in bread crumbs
simmer for ten minutes.Put on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minuts until crusted serve with rice,potatoes and other farvorites

Put the mussels in a pan, cover 3/4 with white wine. Add 2 cloves of finely chopped garilc. Put a lid on the pan and bring to a boil. When the mussels have opened, they are ready to eat.

ok this is sooooooooooooooo great. put steak in a pan and instead of oil use the wine- it turns sweet

I usually just guess when I make this but these measurnements seem about right you can replace the wine with red or white and add however much for the flavour you like and use as meany mushrooms or beef as you like ground or sliced works
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 ounces butter
4 green onions, sliced (white parts only)
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed beef broth
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup white wine
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste

If it is white wine then go and get some salmon and poach it in the wine. If it is red however then you could use it in any number of ways, you could make a proper casserole with dumplings etc out of cheap cuts of steak, make a really good lasagne, really good bolognese or just a really good meat and pasta combination.
