What is a nice workout plan/eating plan for me?

I want to loose about 15 or so pounds in 2-3 months.

So...how many calories should I take in?

How much should I exercises a day?

My big problem areas are my upper arms and thighs...I also would love to harden my stomach up just a touch.

Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!

simply take ur weight multiply it by 16 thats how many calories u need to maintain the same weight if u want to lose weight take away 20%. u should lose half a pound to 1 pound a week. losin too much weight to fast is unhealthy and can end up hurting ur body. workout 1 body part 5 days a week or do a full body workout 3 times a week, either approach is fine just do 3 to 4 sets and keep the reps at 8 to 12 if u can lift the weight more than 12 its too light if u cant lift it 8 times its too heavy.
