What is a GREAT photography camera and a CHEAP one!?!?!?

Alright I want to get into some photography just for fun I want to see if I enjoy it and am good at it! I want to take photos of my sports teams and my friends sports teams and my sister's gymnastics! I will mainly use it for fast paced sports. Please help me!
I am only 14 I need it to be cheap as possible! But I was wondering maybe it doesnt have to be brand new either. Maybe there are older cameras out there that take amazing photos.
 
Cheap? and you're a beginner, am i right? so I suppose a Canon Powershot would be great for you... maybe Canon Powershot A460 or Canon Powershot A470...one of those would probably do... It's about below $350 if i estimate right...here in the Philippines it cost me around 9,000 pesos so i think below $350 is just about right...

the camera is easy to navigate and if you figure it out easily, you'll get to control it as well and you'll be able to get good photos... [=

it may be small, cheap and it's an ordinary digital camera, but i guess you can't judge anything by its looks... [=
 
I own a nikon it ran about 800.00 but i love it ... there is more i need to learn about it but it takes really good pics
