ik want to be able to see the results quickly. ok so i work overnights and when i get off in the morning i go home and sleep, i wake up sit around maybe run errands. um i may eat 1x through out the day i really don't be hungry, or i would snack on things here and there. I REALLY need help to know how to train myself to eat and work out on a daily basis, to lose this weight i have. i've tried plenty of things but i end up stopping or getting demotivated PLEASE somebody HELP!!!
