What is a good workout routine at the gym?

I go to the gym about 4 times a week, sometimes more. I never know what to do in order! I usually do cardio for about 20 minutes, then weights, then a bit more cardio. But I want something more organized? help! by the way i'm 16 and an athlete, if that helps
