What is a good way to get ringtones for my Alias 2 in High Quality sound.?

I can't use the Internet on my phone, but I have an SD card. Everytime I have tried form websites, or anything, it has SUCKISH quality on my phone. So I was wondering if anyone knew a good way to get the ringtones on my phone that have high quality.
