What is a good way to frame a painting done on illustration board?

I have a painting that was done on illustration board. I need to frame it to be displayed in an exhibit, but I need some ideas. The painting is a few years old so the ends are getting bent etc, so in part I want to frame it to prevent future warping and damage, and also to exhibit it properly. It can't be too heavy either because the painting will be hung up on a simple 3sided partitions set up in a room.
