I want to get a good credit rating because I've heard it's useful. What's the best way to go about this?
Should I steal someone's identity?
Hack into the credit bureau's files?
Sign up for a relatively low limit credit card? (if so, could you suggest some good Canadian ones for people with zero credit?)
or something entirely different?
