C Chris New member Nov 6, 2009 #1 I'm trying to develop speed and strength in my legs for biking. I just started so I wanna know if this is alright. I'm doing 20 minutes of pedaling as hard as i can for 30 seconds then i get a 3 - 5 rest then repeat. Is this alright?
