what is a good size dirt bike for me?

Have you rode before? I'd say the crf150f but you might be alittle cramped for room though. But without knowing if you've rode before, its hard to suggest anything. Don't get a 250 or anything bigger.
 
I would go with the 250cc 4 stoke. This size has a little more power than what a beginner would need, but it is better than buying a 125cc and then in a year shelling out more for a 250. I would recommend the Yamaha YZ250F. This is the bike I ride and I am about the same height and weight as you.
