yea that's a fair price
make sure the dealer doesn't switch batteries on you
dealer old trick is to take the brand new battery from a new bike and sell it to a customer as a new battery and then installing that old battery the customer gave him as a core into the new bike.
I am serious, I have seen that happen too many times!
