what is a good pre-boot camp training plan?

Im going for the Navy I would like to have =

curl ups ~90
push ups ~40
running ~12:45

i get two minutes for the curl ups and push ups...

right now i can do curl ups really well, but only a few push ups.

Im not very fit, right now im just working on running but i need something for the curl ups and push ups... I would also like to include some pull ups because i cant do any of those either.

I am a female, if that matters at all.

Im looking at maybe a 2-4 month program.
