criticism? I need to write a 3 to 5 research paper for my 10th grade English class on critical analysis' of an American literature work. I am looking for a poem or short story that has been widely criticized so my research will not be too difficult.
I want this work of literature to be a short read as well.
 
Why not use the previous United States poet laureate, Robert Frost. There are innumerable criticisms on essentially all of his works as well as his own self analysis.

Try a poem called "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" by Robert Frost. You can find a lot of research on the author and on the poem online. I would know because I did a research report on him not that long ago. He is a very famous american author and that's one of his most famous poems. And your research won't have to be to difficult because lots of people have something to say about it online. Hope this helped!
