What is a good plan for starting to bike?

I'm 14 and I want to start exercising more, and I want to do that by biking. I'm not that fit currently, I'm definitely not overweight, it's just my cardio I need to definitely work on (I run about an 8:30 mile if that's helpful). Can anyone give me a plan, like what I should do week by week and then what I should do as I improve? I would like to know 3 things: how far, how fast should I aim for and how often?
