I found a few. Did you try a google search for "legume inoculant"?
I found it at a garden center, and Burpee sells it too. I use crimson clover as a cover crop, and the seeds are already inoculated. If your garden has supported a healthy population of clover or another legume in the last year or two, the rhizobia are already in the soil.
