What is a good meal to cook for dirrareah?

On Friday night I had a heavy night of drinking. Tequilla and all I didn't think I was over doing it that bad Woke up and was fine for an hour or two. Then bam! Vomited over and over and twdays later I still can't control my bowels. Fever. Can't walk. Weak. Drinking pedia lite and eating bananas. Everything is blowing my stomach up. Don't have insurance. My friend said she will make any meal I want. Is there a meal that will help stop this. Also taking pepto. And in profen for fever. I can't move writing. This from iPod
