What is a good machine exercise routine for a female?

I usually just spend my time doing cardio at the gym but I want to switch over to weights as well. I'm just not sure what machines I should use because they're all pretty intimidating. Does anyone have a routine that they could recommend? A multi-day weekly routine with different target areas would be preferred. Just please make sure you mention what machines I would use for each exercise! Thanks a lot!
