What is a good IPhone killer that is on Verizon?

Something that is similar to the IPhone, in terms of megapixel wise as well as recording in HD. Something that has the Android Market, and can play music, and doesn't need an adapter to plug in your headphone, with a fast processor.

Also, are phones other that the IPhone compatible with iTunes?
And yes, I know the IPhone is on Verizon.
