What is a good indoor and outdoor potted plant?

I am looking for a pretty flowering potted plant that can be keep indoors in the winter and then be put outdoors on my porch in the summer. Any ideas??

Begonias are nice. You can also use a christmas cactus mine was beautiful this year. You can also winter over geraniums. If you leave miniature roses in their pot they are a very pretty flower also.
