I have some frozen tilapia fillets and I was wondering if you can suggest some type of seasoning that would be good on them....I'm cooking them in the oven. Can't be anything with butter or that adds a lot of fat or calories, and needs to be very simple (like 2-3 ingredients, max) and require very little prep time. Maybe a seasoning that you can just sprinkle on top would be good. I'm not much of a cook, so it can't require much effort or I won't do it....I just know that about myself. Thanks!
