S Susan New member Jan 9, 2011 #1 I was thinking maybe 20 minutes on treadmill or exercise bike, ten minutes weights/toning and 20 minutes swimming lengths of the pool. Maybe one pilates class a week. Will something like this 5 times a week get results or can you suggest changes?
