What is a good free html editor?

i'm used to using front page but i have a new computer that did not come with the program

what is a good free html editor similar to front page (i do not know HTML and rely on editing the page like a word document - i also dont have microsoft word)

I have been using Adobe dreamweaver and like it very much. It's easy to use.
