I am in need of a good form creation tool that can be used from .Net. Here the requirements:
* It needs to have a robust stand alone WYSIWYG form designer. Need to be able to create the forms outside of Visual Studio.
* Must be able to call up saved forms from designer with a .Net language. Once loaded it should be easy to read available fields and fill them out.
* Forms need to be able to be previewed, printed, and exported to a variety of formats (such as PDF).
Is a PDF form filler a good way to go?
