What is a good flyff blade build?

I'm new to the blade class and was wondering what STR build is best. i will use swords and maybe axes if people give reasons why axes are better. I was making up my own build and came up with this: 17 dex, 30 sta and rest str OR 33 dex, 30 sta, and rest str. Which is better? if none are good, please give ma a good build
