What is a good energy burning exercise that is as easy as swimming and burns as

much energy as swimming? Recently i have been running 20-30 mins a day every morning before i eat (if you exercise while your fasting you can burn up to 300% more fat since you are low on your glucose levels )

I want to double my efforts but its far to hot to keep running for an extra 20 mins. I used to swim but since its almost winter its a bit cold and we were planning on letting the pool go green for winter to save a few extra well needed dollars, so i cant use that.

So what else is there, swimming was so easy on my body and worked real good.
