My team in baseball usually gets down on themselves during the game(s) if we are losing. As a captain I feel I should have better encouragement lines than "Come on, you'll get 'em next time" or "Lets go pick up the intensity". I need some help so when they start getting down, I can pick 'em up and we can have some come-from-behind wins!!
