What is a good car to think about buying that has style? ex toyota celica?

I am about to be going to college 30 miles away and I need something dependable. I like the mini cooper but yeah it has to many problems and the bug is just to girly for me . So yeah I have no idea what I want

I've been seeing a lot of good American cars these days. I grew up only liking Japanese for reliability and German for looks, but Chevy and Chrysler and Ford... have some really good looking smaller cars that seem to get great milage and they don't cost a fortune if something goes wrong, and they are less than the foreign stuff. The Impala with the right wheels is really nice. And the Ford Taurus looks like a race car.

Scion tc. It's the perfect 1st car. Its what I had b4 I traded it in for a camry... now I wish I could go back. I loved that car. It was soooooo affordable and sleek and sexy to drive! Awesome ride!
