What is a good car i could buy for around $2,000 or less?

these are the things i would like in a car, although not required

-safe (higher the crash test ratings the better)
-SUV
-preferably bigger than a 4.0 cylinder
-dependability
-repair costs are cheap (as possible)
- cheap insurance (cheap as possible)

16 year old guy
