what is a good bmx bike to buy?

i need a good bmx flatland bike. im 14 years old and just beginning. right now im using a mongoose rebel which weighs like 40 pounds although i can still pull off a couple tricks on it. i need a lighter bike that they dont sell at walmart. i only wanna spend like $230 but am willing to go higher. really i just want the cheapest bike built for flatland.
 
I'd go with a fit str 1 or fit tech 1 is possible buy the fit str 2.5 or tech 2.5, those are really good bikes nd will do you good as a a beginer
