Hi, I'm Charlotte; I know this is a lot to write but i'm 14 and I weigh 8stone exactly. erm I have just recently bought the Davina Mcall video --> Davina Fit and Davina. I want to lose like a stone or half a stone; thats why i bought these exercise dvd's. (I know i'm young)
I have been doing those exercises for about a week now; and I just wanted to know a really good healthy balanced meal to eat. Please do not write down (acai berry) I do not want to take "weight loss tablets" or "drinks or food to reduce weight loss" Those to me are very risky to my health.
I would totally appreciate your ideas for a 7 day a week meal plan. Oh just to lett you know. I am vegetarian on thursdays and sundays. and i do not eat pork and beef. I eat fish, chicken, lamb, turkey on mondays, tuesdays, wednesdays, fridays and saturdays.
