What is a good at&t qwerty keyboard phone that is NOT a blackberry or palm.?

I want a good phone that is easy to text on. I would prefer one that slides or flips up, but not the pantech impact. My price range is anything $130 and under. Thanks!
Oh, and i dont want a ALL touch screen phone.. i want a phone with an actual keyboard that is seperate from the screen...
