If its the regular kicker comps your talking about, since there 4 ohms speakers i would use zx750.1; since at 4 ohms the 750 would be pushing out around 187.5wattsrms and it can handle 250wattsrms.
you could go up to the zx1000.1 which would give you exactly 250 wattsrms @ 4 ohms though if you wanted to.

for cheapness, go on ebay no joke. they can give you a warrenty so you know you wont get jipped, plus there usally alot cheaper than they are in stores. no joke.
