has to be under 125 and road legal or easyily made road legal
i would apply the paint and stickers to match this bike but i was wondering about the whole getting the license,

i am in the uk and i already have a car license can i just insure and ride the bike?
i would like to get a very cheap second hand bike which bike is in that shape wise? after the 2 years of cbt is up and i do it again can the cc go up past 125? also is there no theory then?
 
To be able to ride a 125 in the UK, you will need a CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) every biker has to take it, it costs around £100 and is done in one day and you cant fail it. From then you will be able to ride a 125 or lower with L plates for 2 years then your CBT will expire. From then you can take another CBT which will cover you for the rest of your life. But bare in mind you will have to ride with L plates. (o and providing you have insurance)

As for the bike it depends on your price range and what your after Speed/Reliability ect. for around a £1000 you can get a Chinese 125 new. Look around, dont rush buying it then realise you could have got something closer to what you were looking for.
