What is a good 250 sport bike?

I am looking for a nice 250 sport bike, I plan to buy new.

I have already decided on a 250, so don't try to convince me to move up to a bigger bike, I am a small guy.

I've looked at the Kawasaki Ninja 250r & Hyosung GT250r

I think the Ninja 250 is your best buy for the price and for the handling. I sat on one last week and they are pretty awesome!! Super comfortable!!
 
Your best bet is the Kawasaki. Not only is the Kawasaki a higher quality product it will retain more of its resale value when and if you decide to upgrade.

And if you are truly set on a 250cc street bike, from one rider to another, please be careful. In real world scenarios acceleration is just as important as braking, agility and rider awareness, and acceleration is one thing you will not have.

definetly go with the ninja they are amazing for a 250... i have rode a friends and i love it. i am looking forward to getting my own.
