about 100 people 3 times daily? The Position includes room and board along with a large kitchen / dining staff. Medical insurance and some sort of retirement package is included. Cooking style would vary from Family to Gourmet with a good working knowledge of wild game and fresh fish. Be very specific and detailed with answers please...I need good advice.
